We put your home’s numbers in one place — what it’s worth, the share you own, your equity, your rent and your service charge — and we explain the decisions in front of you in plain English: buying a bigger share, selling up, and what your lease actually allows.
How we’re funded
It’s the question residents ask us first, so we’ll answer it up front: your housing association pays for Stairpay, because buying more of your home and selling up are slow and expensive for them when residents are in the dark. You are still the person we build for.
