Who manages my staircasing application?
Sage does. You put the application together and submit it through Stairpay, and the moment you do it goes to the Sage team who handle staircasing — they are the ones who approve the extra share and take it through to completion. Your account also shows you their process and who they recommend at each stage, so you are working to their steps rather than guessing at them.
Is Stairpay an official Sage service?
Yes. Sage partners with Stairpay to give their shared owners access to it, and the property data in your account comes directly from them — your home's value, the share you own, your rent and your service charge, as Sage holds them.
Do I still contact Sage directly for repairs?
Yes. Repairs, maintenance and anything to do with the building stay with Sage, and the way you report them has not changed. Stairpay is for understanding your home — your figures, your lease and your options — rather than for day-to-day tenancy matters.
Is Stairpay free for me?
